Encore now offers one easy, all-inclusive monthly fee, no hidden extras.

This structure is designed to give your family clarity, predictability, and peace of mind, so you can focus on what really matters: watching your child grow in confidence, creativity, and connection through dance.

What’s Included in Your Monthly Fee

Your all-inclusive fee covers everything your child needs for their dance journey:

Class tuition

Concert costumes or hire

Costume Tights

Concert T-Shirt
Digital download of performance

Concert rehearsals and production costs

End-of-year admin and awards
VIP access to Encore events
All GST and credit card fee's

The only extra expense will be tickets for concert and class dance wear, making budgeting as simple and stress-free as possible.

Other studios may advertise a low weekly class fee, but often add on large costs at the end of the year, costumes, tights, DVDs, rehearsals, and more. At Encore Dance Company, everything is included up front. That way, while fees may look a little higher at first glance, families quickly see the value of a clear, all-inclusive structure.

How the 12-Month Fee Structure Works

For your convenience, the full year’s tuition is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments, spread across the calendar year. This makes budgeting predictable and stress-free, while still covering everything your dancer needs.

Instalments by Term:

Term 1 – Paid across January, February, March

Term 2 – Paid across April, May, June

Term 3 – Paid across July, August, September

Term 4 – Paid across October, November, December

Even if classes haven’t yet begun (such as in January), that instalment is simply the first part of your Term 1 payment plan, helping you spread the cost evenly rather than paying a large lump sum at once.

If your child isn’t absolutely loving their class, let us know within the first weeks, and we’ll work with you to find a better fit, whether it’s trying a new class or a different style.

All Inclusive FAQS

Why do I pay in January if classes don’t start until February?

Your fees are spread evenly over 12 monthly instalments to make budgeting easy. The January payment is simply the first instalment for Term 1 (January–March). This means you avoid having to pay a large lump sum when classes begin, everything is already taken care of in smaller, predictable payments.

How are payments structured?
Your child’s annual tuition is divided into 12 equal monthly payments, billed as follows:

• Term 1 – January, February, March

• Term 2 – April, May, June

• Term 3 – July, August, September

• Term 4 – October, November, December

Even during school holiday periods, payments continue as they are part of the full year’s instalments.

When is my monthly instalment due?
Monthly fees are due on the 15th of each month. For families enrolling after January 15th but before classes begin in February, the first payment will include the full January portion of Term 1.

Is there still a registration fee?

Yes. A yearly registration fee of $50 per dancer applies. This fee covers administration, insurance, and your dancer’s enrolment for the year.

What if we join mid-year?

If your child joins after the start of the year, your fees will be adjusted so you only pay for the remaining weeks of term. All inclusions still apply, and payments are spread evenly for the rest of the year.

Do you offer refunds or credits for missed lessons?

Payments don’t just secure your child’s place in class they help make the whole experience possible. Each term’s fees support the things that keep your child’s classes running smoothly and joyfully, from teacher wages and studio facilities to class planning, music licensing, administration, and even the special studio events that make their time at Encore feel so memorable.

Because these costs continue regardless of attendance, refunds or credits aren’t available for missed classes. However, if your child is away, there may be an opportunity to attend a make-up class where space allows.

What if we decide to cancel classes?

Life happens! If you need to cancel, simply give a written 30 day notice, all instalments owing up to the date of cancellation must be paid. There are no refunds for any unused inclusions.
