This style blends elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance, inviting students to discover how their body tells a story. With room for interpretation and play, contemporary is perfect for dancers who love structure—but crave the freedom to explore and feel deeply through movement.

How do I know if this class is right for my child?
Contemporary is ideal for children 9 years and older with previous dance training.

For Contemporary class we recommend a leotard or dance wear to allow ease of movement and flexibility.

Yes, we host an exciting end-of-year concert where all students can showcase what they've learned. We also offer troupe classes and private lessons for those interested in additional performance opportunities.
What happens if my child misses a class?
Makeup classes are available , and you can contact the studio to arrange a convenient time.
